When you purchase certain specialty license plates in the state of Tennessee, a portion of the proceeds supports the arts. The Tennessee Arts Commission participates in the Specialty License Plate Program. Ninety percent of the $35 specialty license plate directly funds the arts across the state. You may support this program by visiting your local county clerk’s office to purchase a Tennessee Arts Commission specialty license plate for $35 (and you’ll get a prorated amount if you’ve already purchased your tags!). Now is a great time to support the arts!
